How to resolve Hal.dll Corrupt or Missing Error

HAL is a Microsoft product, stands Hardware Abstraction Layer, the technology and drivers are able to create Windows NT, 2000, and XP to communicate with PC hardware. HAL is one of the features of File from system NT (NTFS) that replaced MS-DOS technology are hopelessly outdated. Feature is what makes the NT-based operating systems become more secure and reliable than Windows 95, 98 and Me.
This happens because the Hal.dll file is missing or damaged, or because the system configuration has changed and Windows so that the windows to protest because there is something that does not exist in its proper place.

The first way:

4.When an answer and then type the administrator password and press Enter, if not directly then simply given a password Enter Only.
5.At the command prompt, type the following commands. (Examples of this command with the assumption that C: is the Windows drive us. Change the drive letter if it is not appropriate.)
ATTRIB-H-R-S C: \ BOOT.INI
DEL C: \ BOOT.INI
Bootcfg / rebuild FIXBOOT
6.Then type exit and the computer will automatically restart.

The second way:

1.If the above command does not work repairing the existing error then repeat the instructions as in the first way to boot into recovery console and login as an administrator.
2.At the command prompt type the following command (the assumption drive D: is the drive where the CD-ROM is located):
EXPAND D: \ I386 \ HAL.DL_ C: \ WINDOWS \ SYSTEM32 \ HAL.DLL

The third way:

1.Turn on the computer and then insert the Windows CD.
2.When the show Welcome to Setup screen, select To Set up Windows XP Now, press Enter
3.Press F8 when it is in our Licensing Agreement
4.Then follow the steps as when we want to install Windows XP. Select the Windows XP partition is, for example in C
5.When there is a question that the existing C partition then continue the Windows installation
6.Once there is a question whether we want to install Windows XP in the same folder (Windows) or want to install it in another folder then select the same folder and press Enter
7.The point is that as if we are going to install a new Windows partition and pre-existing folder. Then after going through the Windows will display a message has finished performing maintenance on you hard drive
8.Then Windows will restart and recover as before.
